Who I am
"Hello! I’m Lambrini from Greece. In 2015, I discovered Yoga, as I was dealing with pain in my neck, legs, and throughout my body. Gradually, daily practice helped me release both physical and mental tension.
In 2019, I began my Yoga training. The COVID-19 period was challenging, but my personal practice of Yoga kept me balanced. Over the years, I felt myself changing as a person: moving away from toxic situations and facing difficulties with greater calmness.
In 2022, I moved to Switzerland, seeking peace and a closer connection to nature. My experience has taught me that when we believe in ourselves, everything around us can change. Let’s make pain our teacher and create something meaningful from it.
